Pay via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet within the ISP app, or use the BBPS 'Broadband Postpaid' category on any UPI app.

Confirm and Save Receipt
After payment, the service usually resumes/continues within minutes; download the receipt in case of a billing dispute.

- Set up auto-pay/e-mandate through your ISP app to avoid service suspension if you forget the due date.
- Postpaid broadband is usually suspended (not terminated) for a few days after non-payment - pay promptly to avoid a re-activation delay.
- Compare plan renewal offers on the app before paying - ISPs often run discounts for annual/long-term prepaid recharges.
