Step-by-Step Process

Open Your ISP's App or Website

Log in to your provider's self-care app (MyJio, Airtel Thanks, ACT App) or website using your registered mobile number or account ID.

Check the Bill/Plan Amount

View the current due amount, billing cycle, and applicable plan before proceeding - postpaid broadband bills show usage-based or fixed-plan charges.

Choose a Payment Method

Pay via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet within the ISP app, or use the BBPS 'Broadband Postpaid' category on any UPI app.

Confirm and Save Receipt

After payment, the service usually resumes/continues within minutes; download the receipt in case of a billing dispute.
